  1. Last month I could not pay my electric bill due to problem that MY BILL could not be retrieved at this hour of time. Then because of some urgency I had to go to my home-town at West Bengal. This time Electric Bill for TWO MONTHS have come. This time also I am unable to pay my BILL(FOR TWO MONTHS) Since this time again it is told that your details cannot be retrieved at this time and try later every time I am trying to pay my BILL. I want to pay the BILL for both the months i.e, last month & current month. Please help me to pay the BILL.MY AUPPCL ACCOUNT NO IS 1475762000
