1. Go to the UAN login password link unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter your UAN number and Captcha Code
4. Click Submit
5. Enter Name as per EPFO UAN Account
6. Provide Date of Birth in 11/11/1111 format
7. Select Gender
8. Click on the verify button
9. Enter Captcha code shown
10. Enter Aadhaar Number linked with your EPFO UAN Account
11. Select the Consent
12. Click Verify
13. Enter Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number
14. Select the Consent
15. Tap Get OTP
16. Enter Captcha shown
17. Provide OTP received from ADHAAR
18. Tap on Verify
19. Enter New Password and Confirm Password
20. Click Submit and change your EPFO pasbook password succesfully.

Once done, you will get to see a message your password has been successfully changed, and you will be able to log in to your Member passbook account with a new password to download entries online.
