12. Enter Expiry date of the card in MM/YY format
13. Click Submit
14. Next Page opens to Enter the new password
15. Provide the same in confirm new password
16. Click Submit to complete the reset login password

3. Send an email to boi.starconnect@bankofindia.co.in with the attachment as the form you have filled in right
