We haven’t received ppo no. Till date when online show, claim setteled on 1,Jan.2021.epfo department Bandra office is not reply, help line no. Are closed, please help me, what I will do.
I have given a request of advance withdrawal on 11th of may, but still it is showing under process.
Recently I have recovered from COVID, and i am in urgent need of funds.
Even my friend also infected with COVID and he has also given the request, and his amount got credited in 3 days only.
Kindly note down my claim I’d and uan number and resolve the issue asap.

I have submitted Form 31 for my funds Advance withdrawal and still the status is in Under Process state.

As I was working in ITNL from 24th January-2012 to 15th March-2020 and after that I got transfered to IECCL.
At the time of Transferring my Existing EPF account into New Employer thru “ONE MEMBER-ONE EPF ACCOUNT” I am unable to do the same due to nomenclature Mistake in my Name on UAN portal in previous employee details so I can’t transfer our old account to current employer.
My Name as per record is “Mohd Rashid Khan ” but in EPF portal previous employ details is “Mohd Rashid Mohd Hanif Khan” (Merged my Father Name with my name).

In this regard I I am sending ‘’Joint Declaration By the Member and The Employer Form’’ through employer long back but name still not correct in UAN Portal.
I request you take Immediate action to get corrected my name in portal so that I can be able to transfer my EPF account into new Employer.

Why my revised I.D.S has not been sent (bearing MH/BAN 067/494 in the name of Anal Kumar Chakraborty, bearing PPO No. PAT 22976) to the Regional Office, Patna when they have sent three reminders with copies to all concerned including me. I have been sending reminders since long but unfortunately no reply/response has been received by me.Please expedite the same, otherwise I shall be compelled to refer this to the office of PMO and Labour, New Delhi. Hope such a situation will not come and the department will do the needful.
