1. Open web browser and use wbifms.gov.in/PORTAL/postlogin.html link in URL bar search and open the WBIFMS portal or use direct page
2. Click on EService for Employee
3. Select Sign Up for Registration form the drop-down list, New page loads at https://wbifms.gov.in/hrms-ess/registration.html with Welcome note for New Registration
4. Enter your WBIFMS Employee HRMS ID followed with Mobile number
5. Type down the Captcha code and the Click on Register button
6. An OTP sent to your registered mobile number, Enter the OTP
7. Click on Declaration Checkbox
8. Click Create My Account and you account creation page loads
9. Employee will receive an SMS with temporary password and Use Login process to access the Login option using temporary password
10. Employee will redirect to change and confirm new password, thus, New password will save and loads with Employee data.
