But there are some instructions that you should follow and everyone needs to understand that appointments made should be valued for each doctor, and you can always visit the CGHS official Doctor appointment portal which is cghs.nic.in/ors to book appointment by simply filling in the required details asked.

After appointment, you will also be allowed to cancel the appointment and also the department mentioned above from the appointment portal directly after entering into your login with OTP request which you need to fill in the asked box so as to confirm the cancellation or print the appointment or even to get the status SMS of any center appointment, Let’s have a look at process

Print or Cancel Appointment for CGHS

• Login to https://cghs.nic.in/ors
• Enter your Beneficiary ID
• Click Generate OTP
• Enter OTP
• Find your details and press Click Here
• All your appointment details will be fetched and shown in the list
• Go to respective row and click on the required image
  • Print – To print the appointment copy
  • Cancel – To Cancel the scheduled appointment to doctor
  • Send SMS – To receive the status on SMS

For booking of CGHS appointment, at the end you will be asked to select the reason for medical visit to the doctor, but for cancellation, it is not required, just cancel in single click, you may not only cancel appointment for doctors but the CGHS has allowed for all bookings at different centers like Wellness, Diagnostics and even Medical Dispensaries and If any problem faced, please contact CGHS customer care to resolve the online issues.
