Every employee and pensioner in Kerala has Dearness Allowance (DA Rates) in their salary structure and mandatory field in Kerala Payslip of government employees updated and shown in DA Chart for Kerala State Govt employees.
The basic salary of an employee of Kerala State government is fixed and does only change with any increment as per the new Kerala Pay Scales.
On the other hand, the DA for Kerala Govt employees will be increasing as per central price index follwed on the regular budget.
In recent times, the DA for all central government employees has been increased to a good percentage. The same may implemented to the state government employees.
The Current DA percentage in Kerala will get a good bonus to every state government employee with the increase in Kerala Dearness Allowance and as well added with paying of old DA amount.
