Jeevan Pramaan Face App Installation and Operator Authentication
Submission of Life certificate made very easy for the pensioners in India without involving biometrics like IRIS or Fingerprint, Just follow below and submit life certificate with Face App
- Install Aadhar FaceRD App from Playstore or Appstore
- Check Settings and App Info in your mobile / device
- Install Jeevan Pramaan Face Application
- Open or Run Jeevan Pramaan
- Click Yes to proceed further
- Allow Permissions
- Activate or Authenticate Operator (Self or Any person by providing Valid Aadhaar, Email and Mobile Number)
- Enter OTP received and Validate
- Provide Operator Name and Click Scan to Provide Face Scan
- Click YES
- Tick the check box and Click Proceed
- Scan the face and Complete Operator Registration successful, which is one time on your mobile
Jeevan Pramaan Face App Digital Life Certificate Submission
After the installation and completion of Jeevan Pramaan Face App operator authentication, Follow the below to submit the Digital Life certificate (DLC) from your mobile
- Open Jeevan Pramaan again
- Enter Pensioner Aadhaar number and Mobile Number
- Click Submit to receive OTP
- Enter received OTP and Click Submit for OTP validation
- Enter your name as per your records
- Select each dropdown for Type of Pension > Sanctioning Authority > Disbursing Agency > Agency
- Enter your PPO Number
- Provide your Account Number Linked
- Select the Remarriage and Reemployed Certificates
- Click Checkboxes to Accept Terms and Submit
- Tap YES and Accept the Certificate
- Click Scan to and Tap YES to start scan the face
- Follow onscreen instructions to move the face in different directions to scan the face
- Once completed the face authentication, Jeevan Pramaan DLC may succesfully generated
- A confirmation SMS may received on your Mobile with PRAMAAN ID to download the Digital Life Certificate.

What to do if Jeevan Pramaan Face App Not Working
There may be some application issues in your gadget, So just, uninstall the applications of Jeevan Pramaan and Aadhaar Face RD on your device and Switch Off/On once the gadget, then reinstall the same applications again and activate the same with simple process.
