Indo Tibetan Border Police Force is shortly referred to as ITBP, which is a border security force and government through the Ministry of Armed Forces. As per the 7th Pay commission, the ITBP Pay Scales have been re-written based on the new allowances and facilities.
Every employee who is employed in ITBP from the grade of Constable to higher official will be allowed to get the benefits from the latest pay scales. The Head Constables, ASI Posts, SI posts and Constables are different posts that are available in the ITBP.
The employees are segregated based on their grade of work and position of place to get the excess allowance based on climatic situations. ITBP brings allowances as Dearness Allowance, Washing Allowance, Ration Money, Special Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance, House Rental Allowance, Free Accommodation, Free Leaves Pass, Medical facility, Medical card, compensatory allowance and others as applicable. ITBP Ranks List
There are 14 ranks in ITBP department based on which an employee’s salary pay scale decided, and this ranking will be based on Personal details and Rank of employees ranging from Rs 25500 to RS 80,000. Salary of ITBP employee taken as Pay Scale, Grade Pay, Total and Basic Pay based on Rank, and 7th pay commission has made many changes in ITBP pay slip. It is advised for employee to check Pay Sheet soon.
ITBP Rank is based on Position an Employee Hold and thus below is the position which is considered as Rank wise, Based on below positions the Payroll of employee will be deposited in their respective bank accounts.

Every employee will be segregated based on their in the Grade and the salary will be respectively divided. In ITBP the Grade is referred to as Level with having the Highest Level to 11 and the basic level starting at level 3. Allowances given to each Level officer will be based on the Basic salary they draw monthly.
