  12. Make the Payment.
  13. Save unique 15-digit acknowledgment number for future reference.
  14. Updated PAN card will be delivered to mentioned address with New DOB in 14 – 18 working days.

To change the Date of Birth in PAN in offline follow the below given steps.

  1. Take the Correction in PAN Data form from your nearest NSDL PAN centre.
  2. Note – Write the information in BLOCK letters only.
