The increase of HP Govt DA Rates released from time to time for state government employees and pensioners with new DA in Himachal Pradesh after the announcement of AICPIN and DA by the Central Government.
At present the current increased DA in HP is effective from the 1st of January 2022 after the announcement, and the arrears will be credited to the employee and pensioner in a timely manner.
In the salary structure, Dearness Allowance accounted for by the government for their respective employees which is based on the union or state budget session. Let’s check DA rates HP Govt employees from 2016 to till announcement as below

Every pay commission or budget session is likely to announce Dearness Allowance and in the recent budget session after the announcement for central government employees DA, the state government has also initiated to add extra budget and provide DA in Himachal Pradesh to their employees and pensioners.
