EPFO launched its Citizens / Clients charter 2017 on 16th May 2017, an attempt to bring transparency and accountability on the part of Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) and to make service delivery system and grievance redressal mechanism more efficient with new timeline, so that it delivers goods and services to its all stakeholders in a time bound manner with a reduced timeline from earlier timeline of 30 days.
The timeline in case of claim settlements is 7, 10 days and 15 days in case of grievance redressal management (complaints related to EPF account passbook, pension etc..) and all the others specified clearly as per the new standards mentioned below for each service.

EPF account holder under EPFO of any state /region in India are applicable with the above standards of timeline for grievances, various type of online / offline claims or settlements, If anything not cleared within the standard time given, applicant can approach concerned EPF higher authority for resolution.

मेरा नाम जगदीश सिंह है मैं केवीएस मैनपावर सॉल्यूशंस गुरुग्राम का एक पुराना कर्मचारी हूं मुझे उस कंपनी द्वारा UAN no (1012xxxxxxx) प्रदान किया गया है जिसमें मेरे पिता का नाम गलत था, इसे सुधारने के लिए मैंने कंपनी के लेटरहेड पे 2 बार रेस्पोंसिबल लेटर के साथ EPFO ऑफिस गुरुग्राम में जमा कर दिया । लेकिन 2 महीने बाद भी मेरे पिता का नाम नहीं बदला जिसके लिए मैं वहां 3 से 4 बार गया लेकिन EPFO से कोई अच्छा जवाब नहीं मिला जिसके कारण मुझे दूसरे कंपनी में जॉब के लिए दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है
अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया मेरे पिता का नाम यथाशीघ्र ठीक करने की कृपा करें।

मेरा नाम गोविन्द कुमार पाठक है पिता श्री चंद्र मोहन पाठक है मेरा UAN नंबर है और मोबाइल नंबर है और मोबाइल नंबर आधार से लिंक है मेरा मोबाइल नंबर किसी और UAN के साथ ज़ुरा हुआ है जिस के कारन MEMBER का साइड नहीं खुल रहा है कृपा करके उसको सुधार दिजिए और मोबाइल 8766350796 जो की सही है और बाकि मोबाइल नंबर से जितना UAN ज़ुरा है उसको हटा दिजिए
