  2. Most prestigious sector is only on pen and paper. Mostly bankers are educated senseless people in India. They have no idea of what their salary should be. They don’t know what post , rank and responsibilities they deserve. In the year 2010, govt re-classified posts in Regional Rural Bank with all categories. Accordingly all substaff posts become group C, whereas non matric substaffs are group D in line with CPC. All Head Cashiers, and Special Assistant posts are categorised Group B Officer and all posts falling in Scale 1 to Scale 7 are Group A officers, All posts above CGM today are super Group A posts. Govt has notified this in 2010 and categorised all RRB officers as Group A, equal to officers of PSBs. Then why bank management and UFBU is failing to take cognizance of govt circulars and claiming a lawful status for its employees and salary. Why bank officers getting salary lower to Group C employees of govt as per CPC ??? Is not it shameful?
