LIC Branch Helpline Working Hours or Timings

What to do in case one has some grievance of any type related to the policy or insurance?

Policy holder can reach out to any of the nearest LIC branches, and if your grievance is related to your subscribed insurance policy, login to LIC online portal and post the grievance or contact the Grievance Redressal Officer posted by LIC is its Branch/Zone/ Division, and in case, your request is not taken care of you can reach out to the corporate level as well.

  3. Being a loyal LIC customer, since 2001, I was in the imagination, that LIC is in good shape, that’s why I am still able to deposit my previous three policies premium online.
    With keeping that image, I go for a term plan, which is online available only, during proposal form itself, they asked for a proposed premium deposit, but once the premium was deposited, all auto-generated work finished fast, like Video conferencing with doctors, medical test with the clinic, I got medical report copy also from TPA. But after the medical report, last 10 days, no noise, nobody knows, who handles online policy underwrite, and all number mentioned on website and proposal form, out of order, some LIC helpline number shows Kalyan Jewellers, Mumbai and now out of service.
    Get a list of 10 senior-most officials of online marketing officials at Vile Parle office, but none of them knows anything, they just say, I don’t handle Tech Term Policy, who given you my number, when we say, ok, give me right person number to speak, phone cut.
    Very unprofessional attitude and no ownership. From Local Divisional office contact, he says, since June, LIC centralized online business to Mumbai, and in Mumbai, what’s going on, nobody knows.

  4. Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am a LIC policy holder, my policy number is 428737282 and my servicing branch is Lake Town 342 Jessore Road, Kolkata 700089. My policy number 428737282 has matured in February 2021.

    But I have not received my maturity money yet, because I could not submit my policy bond. The reason for not submitting the policy bond is that, after depositing the loan money, the policy bond was not received from you.

    So my humble request to you to help me get the maturity money because I am not getting any help from my Servicing Branch Lake Town Branch Office.

  5. I am not at all happy with service in future I will surender all my policy and will transfer to some other company.

This idea of customer care is very helpful but as per my experience lic is the worst service given to customer at all branches as always death maturity money should be transferred with in 7 days after lic required documents given by customers but as for my personal experience it is worst service it took more than a month to clear the policy and transfer money in to my account so as per my experience it is worst than BMC as atleast I can get my work done in BMC with support of lower staff with offering some support to him. If lic does not improve services other insurance company will come in market with better service and Market has shown HDFC Kotak we can take mediclaim amd insurance online we don’t need to go to any office and loan also gets approved online. I have got proof of lithergic service given to me after my wife’s death.
