1. Open Customs ecommerce portal at icegate.gov.in/iceLogin/loginAction
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter Icegate ID (Identity Number)
4. Provide registered email address
5. Enter Captcha code shown
6. Click submit
7. Get new password on your registered email id
8. Open the same login and change the default given password to new.
