Assam employee DA Rates has increased upto 46% of their basic pay from the existing 42% dearness allowance with effect from 1st July 2023. The new current DA in Assam increase may adds to basic pay and seen in Assam employee pay slip.
The date of effect is similar to the date for which central government employees will receive their benefits. There has been an 4% hike in the dearness allowance for the employees and the pensioner for which the decision was taken by the cabinet meeting held.
The increase in Dearness allowance on Basic Pay for employees and pensioners or pensioner families will add an excess crores of budget to Assam State Government.
There are many decisions that were taken by the Assam State government, of which the long awaited DA rates as per the Central Government announcement that has helped employee in gaining the trust on government employees.
