This is a prescribed application form of Railway department through which the Pensioners related grievance or any queries shall be attended to, and the government started the Personal Adalat initiative to bring all the pensioners or their dependents family to discuss the pension and its related problems one might be facing.
Through this application form either the retired employee or the employee dependents can explain their grievance that they want the government to answer and provide assistance, feedback on.

So, the retired employee need to fill the employee information along with your grievance in the last part and provide your address in case they want to reach out back with a feedback or suggestion. Employee should provide PF account number or staff ticket number in case PPO number not allotted

This is the common application to submit by the retired railway employee as well as Family pensioner of deceased employee for Pension Adalat, where the applicant should submit collateral evidence and also the previous references of Railway department if available related to grievance for early settlement of the case.

1.I was re- employed as an ex- service am as A. l Pt thus after fixation of pay, I was not paid the due arear from 25/04/1089 to 31/08/2021.
2. My The deduction of over payment of Rs.71238/- not refunded, which was stayed order by CAT/ALD . IT SHOUID BE REFUNDED.
