  1. Myself, Sreeja K, a pensioner CGHS ID no 6078894 submitted a bill for Rs40, 602/- on 25.5.23 for the surgery undergone by her daughter ID No. 6078910.

CGHS has sent Rs 34520/on 30.6.23 to an account which does not exist.

In the meantime we had several talks, who is in-chare of the claim at Trivandrum office.

Again, on 11.8.23 a fresh bank details has been sent and confirmed, and he agreed to send the amount within two days.

Again on 11.9.23 he is asking for a account details. Again it is given.

Deliberately delaying. Never picks up phone. Adl. DG, Kerala zone is also not looking into the matter seriously.

Sir, I am a pensioner staying far away from cghs office.

Action should be taken against the delaying persons

  5. Good morning respected sir/Mam,
I am Sudhir bhati writing this grievance against Mr. Naresh kumar who is posted in sector P-3 Greaternoida dispensary.
I was again misbehaved by Mr. Naresh kumar on 14-09-2022 at the time of collecting me and my family’s renewal Cghs cards.
I want to bring into your notice an earlier misbehave incident by the individual that’s why I have to face this type of misbehave incident again and again.
Approx 03 year ago I was getting introduction to Mr. Naresh kumar that he is a local residential and posted in this dispensary. I also introduced my self as I have been working in ministry of defence as an auditor and I am also from greater Noida. Listening the department name as ministry of defence I was demand for arranging the liquor from CSD Canteen by Mr. Naresh kumar. Than I said that I am a civilian in MoD not an army personnel and I have no liquor card. So sorry for this. I can’t arrange liquor for you. But I was forced whenever I visit the dispensary saying that you can arrange please.
Whenever I visit the dispensary I was demanded by Mr. Naresh kumar for arranging the liquor again and again.
One day I strongly oppose to the individual to stop demanding like this. From that day I was misbehaved by the individual. At the recent incident , I was demanding for government ID proof for collecting my Cghs cards. I showed my old Cghs card to Mr. Naresh kumar but I was refused to giving the Cghs plastic cards saying that this government ID is not valid for collecting the card and I was demand for showing the ADHAR CARD.
On showing my adhar card he again denied saying that photocopy of the ADHAR CARD is required for collecting the Cghs plastic card. Than I went for market and I arrange the photocopy of the same. I gave the photocopy to the individual and than undertaking was taken in writing that I have collecting the cards. By this harassed incident I am in depression and very heart inside and all this is happening to me only for denying to Arrange the liquor to Mr. Naresh.
I humble request the competent authority to take strict action against the individual either posted another place from Greaternoida dispensary or surrender the individual to the headquarter so that incident like this May stopped in future and another beneficiary may not faced and suffered by this type of incident.

    • I am CGHS beneficiary (Card No 1031202) and getting medicines as prescribed by Specialist doctor/hospital of Fortis hospital, Okhla,Delhi for the last many years. Now I shifted to Gurugram in 2021 and my dispensary is 55 Gurugram. For the last one year or so, I am not getting the same medicines as prescribed by the specialist, either Dr change the medicine or asking for referral slip on every visit. The chemist/distributor of indented medicines ask the patients to get referral slip every time which hurts the patient to go here and there and request the doctor for slip. Asking for referral slip should be done away with immediate effect. Moreover the chemist demand for photocopy of original papers of hospital along with referral slip which troubles the patient. When the CHGS doctor prescribe the medicines on seeing the specialist documents, chemist is supposed to provide the medicines as written, he is nobody to query. Sometimes the patient may be asked to come tomorrow day after to get the medicine as it is not available. The patient has to cover long distance for getting the particular medicines. I think a Chemist shop may be opened/attached along with dispensary so that patients get the medicines only on one visit or some alternative arrangements must be made. It is very difficult for old patients who come far away places to visit twice/thrice in a week or every month. I Delhi I have never been asked for referral slip. Only original papers are checked in Delhi.

  6. I have been suffering from Dental (severe) problems and have been on pain killer. I had taken referral for Dental process at Wellness Clinic of CGHS at RK Puram Sector-IV last week. After getting check up done at Neo Hospital (Sector-50, D- Block) in Noida (UP) – where I work and had looked up a few CGHS Dental Clinics/Hospitals for convenience and saving of time. I approached CGHS RK Puram again today. Since I was getting late for work, I requested the Lady doing Registration to refer to me to any Doctor where there isn’t much patient load. She gave me Room No.1. Even during my last visit I had found that the Doctor in Room-1 – may be CMO Dr.Rekha Sangal – is more occupied with administrative work perhaps – handling Attendance of staff and all. When I approached her around 9:55 AM, she told me to go to Room No.2 (Dr.Joymati)- in this room the Doctor asked me for my name and not finding it on her screen told me to go to Room.5 – already lot of patients were queuing up there. I went again to the Lady and asked her to change my Token to Room No.2. Again I visited Dr.Joymati – however they found some problem in deciphering Doctor’s writing and Dr.Joymati again headed back to Room.1 to consult with Dr.Rekha who took a snap of Dr.Suhrab’s investigation and procedures which I needed to undertake after approval. So without the referral approval I had to leave empty handed. So evidently the Doctor’s at CGHS Wellness at Sector-IV RK Puram are neither concerned with the pain of patients nor do they understand the problems of the patient. If Only CGHS had their own Dental Centres, I would have been Happy to undertake process there instead of suffering and continuing to take Keterroll DT pain killers.

  8. Dear sir,
I am a pensioner and a member of CGHS at Bengaluru. Of late we pensioner are facing hardship in Bengaluru because one by one several panel approved Hospitals and Diagnostic Centres in Bengaluru are opting out of CGHS approved List .
This is a great hardship for senior citizens who have to depend on medical assistance at this age.
Recently an excellent hospital like SAKRA WORLD HOSPITAL in Bengaluru has also decided to opt out presumably because NON-PAYMENT of dues by CGHS!!
The authorities may kindly take immediate action to ensure that the Hospital/Diagnostic Centres on the CGHS APPROVED LIST are paid dues on time to ensure continuation of Medical facilities to the needy senior citizens.

  10. I am Satish Kumar Malhotra holder of Pensioner CGHS card No 2623707 valid for whole life.
I got a referral letter from CGHS dispensary No 48 at Hari Nagar for gastroenterologist. I went to Kalra Hospital and met the specialist Dr Col Bhagat. My referral letter was accepted and I met the Specialist and he wrote some tests and medicines. After I undertook all the tests after 4 days I went to the Kalra hospital. But they did not accept the same referral. I told them that it is valid for three times in a month. They refused and said that as per latest guidelines it is valid for 1 time only and they charged me Rs 150 to meet the Doctor. I went to CGHS dispensary to get new referral but they wrote on the previous referral letter that it is valid for 1 month or 3 consultation whichever is earlier. After 10 days of medicine I went again to Kalra Hospital and shown them remarks of CGHs Medical Officer. But even then they didn’t agree and wrote on the same referral letter that as per new guidelines the referral letter is valid only for one time. I again paid Rs 150 and met Doctor.

  11. Sir,
I (P.Lakshmi Narayana) Ex. Sr. Auditor working in Defence Accounts Department, Visakhapatnam (A.P.)
This time is Pensioner and holder of CGHS Card No.7321708. I am an online Booking so many times but the registered number has not been issued every time, OTP is expired at midnight from 12.00 clock to 12.05 time and the next Available is ‘0’(zero) this type of so many times at Visakhapatnam, two CGHS Hospitals. Therefore, I request kindly further necessary action at an early date, Please.

  12. I’m Ct- Supratik Pal . Presently serving at 151 BN, BSF Koraput Odisha. I had taken my mother’s treatment through CGHS..NOW I Submitted all my documents for claiming medical bill in my department. As I know that for claiming CGHS bill there are not required Form A,form B & form 97, but my department returned my bill & replied that they need those forms to claim my bill. It is likely harassment to me. What should I do now ?

    • Heyy, in case of inward treatment (i.e. admitted into the hospital) there is standard proforma like Form A, B and 97 in which the claim of medical reimbursement has been made along with copies of bills, test reports and other documents. Its not likely to be harassment. Submit the bills along with requisite form of A, B or 97 whichever is applicable in your case.

  13. Trying to register on pgportal for the last one week. But website is not helping. There seems some problem in its working. Pl get it rectified immediately.

  14. I am pensioner covered under cghs. Want lodge grevience but portal is not registering.

    Pl help.

  15. I visited CGHS dispensary 55 Gurugram to get heart patient medicines. I get Dr. Nimita number. I placed before her specialist prescribed medicines card. She immediately refused to supply me the medicines. She says these medicines cannot be supplied. I am taking the medicines for the last 10-15 years from Rajouri Garden D-53. Now I have shifted to Sushantlok, Gurgaon. I get 2-3 medicines from the specialist prescribed 8 medicines. Moreover she changed the medicines. For the last 10 years I am getting the same medicines from specialist prescription. I don’t understand why the doctors refuse to supply the same medicines. Another issue is Drs cannot supply the medicines for two months on request. Drs should be instructed to supply medicines for two months on request, should not change the medicines. Drs. Are in the habit of telling the patients that the medicines are costly. This habit should be avoided. Medicines of Rs. 200-300 are not costly.

  16. Dear Sir, I am writing this to you after getting harassed by the CGHS staff of Tilak Nagar Dispensory. When I approached the CMO also she also behave badly. My only concern is I am asking the Date of Doctor for which twice thrice I have been refused. I have to just show the reports of my father in law for whom the Doctor prescribed the test.
Is this the way the Senior Citizens are treated. My father in law served his services in Central got and contributed his money so that in his old age he should get the treatment when required. But the Doctor especially the CMO the Senior most person behavior is very bad. She says go to the private hospital and fet the treatment their. Is this is the way. Than why my father in law contributed his money here. I will ask the Prime Minister also if I will not get the satisfied answer. Please take this matter seriously 🙏 and take appropriate action against this CMO. Regards,

  20. I m a pensioner and have CGHS card. Whenever I send anybody to collect the medicine, the Doctor in charge changes the medicine according to her will. My Doctor who is a professor and Head of Department in Govt Hospital SKIMS in Srinagar and other Doctors in Delhi who were treating my prostate have prescribed Solids D 8 which is a combo of two medicines but the CGHS doctor Mrs Rukhsana at Srinagar wellness centre is insisting on Silodosin which is Only one of the medicines in Solidal D8 combo and other isDutasteride. This medicine namely Silodosin is useless unless it has Dutasteride in combination. according to my Doctor it will be useless. Similarly she instead of Tomcat TG has suggested some other medicines which are not effective on heart ailments. Kindly initiate favourable action as every pension has similar complaints against her.

He always shouts at people without any reason, especially at senior citizens of the Sikh community. When last time I saw him shouting at a sikh senior citizen, I opposed him, but next time when I went to take medicine on 22 December 2020, he treated me worse too, such discriminatory behavior is not acceptable. Please take some necessary action against him.

They have prescribed certain drops and tablets be used immediately and hourly after the operation. Due to limitations of time and old age, I purchased these medicines from the Hospital Pharmacy, and expenditure of Rs.2,744/- was incurred.
The claim has not been received by the Wellness Center on the plea that I should visit the Center and take the medicine. This was not possible because of old age and operation.

  34. Sir, I am a pensioner and holder of CGHS card. I am residing in Jamshedpur and there is no CGHS hospital and no empanelled hospital in Jamshedpur. I along with my wife are suffering from a cronic disease and taking regular medicine. I am expending lot of money in medicine. Request you to kindly open a CGHS hospital or provide empanelled hospital in Jamshedpur.

  35. Surana hospital and research center at Mumbai Malad west is impaneled of CGHS. My mother went to this hospital and met a Gynaecologist doctor for treatment. Earlier hospital doctor advised for getting few blood reports and COVID tests done from the hospital at our own cost and have suggested that after the test report they will admit her and do the needful. So as per the doctor’s advice, she did all required tests but after test reports were out hospital asked to pay 70000 advice for the treatment. She tried to convince them that she has got pensioner CGHS card so do the treatment and claim the bill to CGHS but the hospital staff denied doing so.

As we have got CGHS card so why these CGHS impaneled hospitals are asking for a deposit amount for getting a treatment done. If we have to deposit amount then it man’s we don’t have any benefit of CGHS card. In the view of the same request your immediate intervention so that pensioners availing CGHS facilities don’t face such problems.

Difficult for senior citizens to come to hospitals in COVID 19 times, Please take a note on the matter and resolve, thanks.
