  1. (1) Applicant served in Fylfot Public School Tea Estate Banjarawala, Dehradun as a PGT English from July 2011 to 11 September 2021. In the year 2014 I was bestowed with an additional charge of Vice Principal which remained intact till the last day of my tenure in the school. EPF was duly deducted by the school wef against my employment but stopped wef April 2017 citing the reasons that employees receiving more than Rs 15000/- per month salary were not entitled for the EPF. I couldn’t question the management that time fearing loss of service.
    (2) As I have resigned from the school and came to know that no such rule exists in the rule book. I request you to inform me with the exact rule position in this regard.
    (3) You are requested to kindly look into the matter as a grievance and if some breach of rule is observed then kindly take the corrective measure in the form of recovery of EPF with the accrued interest safeguarding my welfare and protecting me from the financial distress.
    (4) Thanking you in anticipation of the appropriate action in favour of rights and welfare of the applicant

  2. R/sir, I have not received EPS 95 pension till date. I am retired from ongc on 31.01.2021 as CE(P), my Cpf no 37959 and UAN no 1001xx2069. So pl. Give me reply. I have already all the procedures completed. So pl. take necessary action at your end. Regards B J Patel , Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
